Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy: Payment Due Date: Payment is required in full the day of the class. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Refunds and Rescheduling (Up to 30 Days Prior): Refunds or rescheduling without additional charges will be available for cancellations or rescheduling requests made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled class. Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee (Less than 30 Days): For cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the scheduled class, a 25% cancellation/rescheduling fee will be applied. No Refunds for "No Show" Candidates: Refunds will not be issued for candidates who do not attend the scheduled training.
